Charlotte moved to Osoyoos with her family in 1989. Since 1992, she has been working professionally out of her Osoyoos studio and continues to teach clay and art for both children and adults. In 1996 and 1997 Charlotte was a faculty member of the Penticton Summer School of the Arts and in 1999 she was a faculty member of the Naramata Centre.
Charlotte's past solo exhibitions have included shows at the Pitt and the University of British Columbia Galleries in Vancouver, the Langham Gallery in Kaslo, the Grand Forks Art Gallery, the Tumbleweed Gallery, the Summerland Gallery and the Osoyoos Art Gallery.
Charlotte's clay work is focused on the hand building of sculptures, murals and other non-utilitarian subjects, using primarily low fire clays in raku, pit gas and electric kiln firings.
