Hand Made Clay Tiles

Specifications:

• Variations in size, shade and colour are inherent in handmade tiles. This is one of the natural effects which helps create its beautiful qualities.
• Certain glazes are subject to crazing (very small, fine cracks lines in the surface of the glaze). This, while also being a desired effect, may render certain colours unsuitable for constant immersion in water.
• Larger areas can be customized in a variety of designs.
• Murals can be created in a variety of sizes.
• As with all ceramic surfaces, prompt cleaning of spills of acidic or alkaline fluids will maintain tiles and grouts in excellent conditions for a lifetime.

2. Payment: We accept only personal cheques or cash.  A 50% NON-refundable deposit is required for orders of $ 200.00 or more.
   
   
3. Production time: each tile is handmade to order. Please allow 3 - 8 weeks, depending on the type of tile and size of order. Murals and Arquitectural ceramics may require more time and prices will be as per job. Design fees and consultation will be priced according to the project and certain work may be consulted on site.
   
   
4. Shipping and handling: shipping will be arranged by us at 9106 Clay, unless requested otherwise and will be charged at standard shipping rates. Freight insurance will be paid by the customer.
   
   
5. Wholesale account for Galleries and shops: available with minimum order $300.00. Payment is due at the time of shipment.
